It's been a few months since we made the change to our new and improved hosting infrastructure, and the results have been outstanding.
Along with the move of our infrastructure, we have new a new IP address. Our old IP address is still in place, but has a limited lifetime ahead.
Your domain names are currently pointing to the IP address: 176.58.109.156. This IP address needs to be updated to 156.38.138.234.
If you are familiar of how to do this yourself, please do it at your earliest convenience. If you are not familiar with how to do this, please ask your domain name hosting company to do it for you.
Below is a message you can copy/paste into an email to their support team. Please change myshop.co.za to your shops custom domain name.
