Sometimes you get stuck when logging in, because you are using an old link or a bookmark and Shopstar software was recently updated.
Just hard refresh, clear cache and browser history (see this article https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic ) and log in again with your user name and password from the Shopstar website. It should work then ;)
