If you notice a problem in your shop, please send details to our support desk: support@shopstar.co.za. Please give detailed information on the exact problem, what happens and what is supposed to happen. Screenshots also help us to replicate a problem. Very urgent issues (for example: the shop is down) will be prioritised, other bugs will be dealt with as quickly as a technician is available.
