Shopstar Monthly Subscription

Shopstar works with a monthly subscription fee which can be cancelled at anytime (you're not tied down).

How do I subscribe to Shopstar?

1. Log into your store as usual

2. Click on Settings >> Subscriptions

3. Choose your package

4. Insert your personal/business billing details

5. Click 'Proceed to Payment'

6. Insert your card details + click 'Pay Now'

7. Enter your OTP code and finish off

You will now be subscribed to your chosen package. The amount will come off on the 20th of each month. If your card was unable to be charged, Shopstar will try again until the 25th (your store will go offline if payment was unsuccessful by this date)

Don't get confused with the Marketplace Payouts

If you can recall, we also updated our marketplace payouts recently too. More info about Marketplaces can be found here

In a nutshell, your products would feature on one of our marketplaces, and customers can now buy your products via that store too. The money will go directly to your chosen marketplace, commission will be deducted, and Shopstar will do a payout to you.

If you log into your store, and see a space for you to fill in your bank details on the right hand side, only use this if you are part of a marketplace. (This is NOT your monthly subscription).
